What is the Quordle Daily Sequence?

Sequence is Quordle's sterner sibling: the same four five-letter words and nine guesses, but the boards must be solved strictly in order. Only the current board shows you colors — the other three stay locked. Crack word one and word two unlocks, instantly replaying every guess you've made so far onto its board. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, it resets at midnight local time, and your streak is on the line.

How is Sequence different from regular Quordle?

In regular Quordle every guess gives you feedback on all four boards from the start. In Sequence you fly blind on boards two through four until you've solved the board before them — your guesses still count against all boards, you just can't see how until each one unlocks. Reading the replay when a board opens up is the heart of the strategy.

When does a new sequence puzzle come out?

At midnight in your local timezone, every day. The countdown under the board shows exactly how long you have to wait — or how long your streak is safe.
