These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and the operators of wordleunlimited.me ("the Site", "we", "us") concerning your access to and use of the Site. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site. Users who are minors in their jurisdiction must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Site.
2. The service
The Site provides free browser-based word games. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract Site content or word lists for redistribution;
- interfere with the Site's operation, security or advertising delivery;
- use custom challenge links to distribute unlawful, hateful or harassing content;
- misrepresent the Site as your own product or as affiliated with third parties.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, content and word-pack curation are owned by us or our licensors. "Wordle" is a trademark of its respective owner; Wordle Unlimited is an independent fan-made game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to The New York Times Company. Custom challenges you create remain yours; you grant us the technical license needed to render them for people you share links with.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site — which is zero.
6. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms by updating this page; the date above reflects the latest revision. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
