How to play Spell Bee Unlimited
Tap the hive or use your keyboard to make words of four or more letters. The gold center letter is required, but every letter can be used more than once. There is no word limit and no timer, so keep looking until you are ready to end the round.
Four-letter words are worth 1 point. Longer words earn 1 point for every letter. Use all seven hive letters in one word to find a pangram and add a 7-point bonus. Your rank is based on the maximum score available in the current puzzle, which keeps differently sized word sets comparable.

Unlimited moves through a stable bank of checked seven-letter puzzles and saves the current hive in this browser. For one shared challenge each day, play Spell Bee Daily. Daily and Unlimited progress are stored separately.

How do you play Spell Bee?
Make words of at least four letters from the seven letters in the hive. Every word must use the center letter, and letters may be reused.
How does Spell Bee scoring work?
A four-letter word scores 1 point. Longer words score 1 point per letter. A pangram that uses all seven letters earns 7 extra points.
What is the difference between Daily and Unlimited?
Daily gives everyone the same puzzle for their local calendar date. Unlimited keeps a separate in-progress puzzle and lets you move through the full puzzle bank.
Which words are accepted?
The game uses the site’s shared standard English accepted-word list for words from 4 to 11 letters. Names, abbreviations and very uncommon entries may occasionally reflect that broad game dictionary.
